Lotta in the limelight...

I got tired of describing myself, my age and other details, so I simply tore off a piece of my passport. There you can find all of this information.
Note that nobody calls me Charlotte, though (thank god!). It's Lotta. Or L8 for short (8 is pronounced like ”otta” in Swedish).

My passport

I have not always looked like this, though. Take a peep at my embarrasing photos section...

If you really want to get to know someone, you should look in that person's bookshelf. What we read tells a lot about who we are. Therefore, I have provided you with a list of my most recently read books.

Though, these days, maybe what mailing lists/news letters you subscribe to define you even better as a person? Anyway, here is a list of mine: ADeadPoet, ADV-HTML, Amazon.com associates weekly activity mail, bitchtech, boklistan, Bookworm, Boxman Newsletter, caplist, capwebb, datakvinnor, deeptalk, Deepthoughts, filosofilistan, Gestalta, Hokanews, katter, LinkExchange announcements, Mail, MrMedia, Netsurfer Digest, onelist moderators, onFocus!, opk, PalmPower Tips, Poetry2000, Poetry Super Highway, Petras personliga, Poets, Resetipset, skriva, spraktalk, thought, tjejringslistan, Trafik, Uppsnappat, Virtual U, voices, womenstories, XOOM newsletter, Xpress, Yahoo!'s picks of the week

I am listowner of Skriva, a Swedish mailing list for creative writing.

I have my own poetry site - the Poetry Wall - where I publish the poetry of my visitors as well as my own.

I am a proud member of the board of OPK, an association for women on the web.

I work at Aftonbladet, Sweden's biggest daily, doing some project development, some design, some HTML and javascript coding, some reporter jobs, some site structure work... I never know what to call myself, since what I do at work is not a given occupation. Basically, I'm a journalist with a knack for web design and good at faking programming skills. ;-)

My other interests include psychology (I'm interested in people and what makes them act the way they do), cats (I have two darlings – Morris and Minor), travel (check out some travel pics in the photos section), music and more... I have also practiced the most silly sport in the world!

Lotta in the livingroom, 1998

Well, enough about me. Take a look around and leave a message in my guestbook to tell me what you think - in my new and improved version you will get a response directly in the guestbook, so don't forget to check back soon. I am constantly adding new features to these pages.
Enjoy!

/Lotta  :-)
